Release  EMBARGO, 12.00 mid day, Saturday 24 February 2001   Remarks by former Nuremberg prosecutor, Walter Rockler, to be presented in a video address to the conference on Yugoslavia at Friends’ House, Euston Road, London on Saturday 24 February 2001. 10am to 4.30pm   Mark Littman QC will be available at the conference to discuss any points that the media may like to raise.   "BOMBING IN THE SERVICE OF HUMANITARIANISM"   "The bombing was an act in flagrant contempt of international law and criminal under that law."   "I cannot be persuaded that random destruction and killing in Yugoslavia by strong powers against the week, was anything less than killing in the service of arrogance."           Extracts from Walter Rockler’s speech.   At Rambouillet NATO delivered a non negotiable ultimatum to the effect that Kosovo must be turned over to NATO rule with a view to ultimate Albanian independence of the province. The ultimatum was backed by the threat to pound Yugoslavia into submission. The Yugoslav Government rejected the proposal with the result that NATO had allegedly for "humanitarian reasons" to carry out its bombing threat. This resulted in ceaseless day and night bombing . . . over almost three months.   The bombing was an act in flagrant contempt of international law and criminal under that law. As a primary source of international law the judgement of the Nuremberg Tribunal in the 1945/1946 cases of the major Nazi war criminals is plain and clear.   American and British Leaders often rhetorically invoke and praise that judgement. "To initiate a war of aggression is therefore not only an international crime, it is the supreme international crime, differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the cumulative evil of the whole."   Supreme Court Justice ( US), Robert Jackson, the head of the American prosecution staff, asserted that "launching a war of aggression is a crime and that no political or economic situation can justify it."   The UN Charter views aggression similarly. Articles 2, 4, and 7 prohibit the threat of force or the use of force by one state against another and interventions in the domestic jurisdiction of any country.   Putting a NATO label on aggressive policy and conduct does not lend it any sanctity.   This is simply a perversion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, formed originally as a defensive alliance under the United Nations Charter. The North Atlantic Treaty, at its outset, pledged its signatories to refrain from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations, and it explicitly recognises the primary responsibility of the Security Council of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security.   Obviously, in bypassing the Security Council and avoiding the risk of a Chinese or Russian veto for the bombing, NATO ignored and violated its basic obligation.   From another standpoint of international law . . . unrestricted bombing of civilian locations is barred under international law. Bombing the so-called infrastructure of a country . . . is not an attack limited to legitimate military objectives.   Pretending the effect of the bombing was its cause, NATO apologists have pointed to the mass exodus of Albanians from Kosovo as an international crime. In my view it may well be. However, the hypocrisy involved in this pretext for murder from the skies would be shameful were such hypocrisy not so commonplace.   Currently, with Kosovo under benign NATO occupation, some 100,000 or more Kosovo Serbs have been forced into other parts of Yugoslavia under threat of murder by the KLA. Who condemns or prevents this exodus?   The KLA has initiated attacks and killings in areas of Yugoslavia beyond the border of Kosovo province. NATO, which has a duty as Kosovo occupier to maintain law and order, and to preserve existing rights of citizenry, and at a minimum to keep the peace, appears to be helpless. If so, what is NATO doing in Kosovo?   When I was a young prosecutor of Nazis at Nuremberg I read the court addresses of Justice Robert Jackson who at one time stated, "If certain acts in violation of treaties are crimes they are crimes whether the United states does them, or whether Germany does them. An invitation to media to attend Day of Truth on Yugoslavia being held today
commencing 10.am @ the Friends Meeting House Euston Rd London (opp. Euston Station).

The following press release is embargoed until 11am today:

"Milton's short poem "On the Late Massacre in Piemont" commenced today's Day
of Truth, as read by William Spring, Director of Christians Against Nato
Aggression sponsors of the Day of Truth, in association with CJPY (Campaign
for Justice for the Peoples of Yugoslavia.)

The Milton poem was read as an act of remembrance for those who have died in
Kosovo since NATO 'liberated' the province.
William Spring told the meeting: "In Milton's time there was a strong
identification between the Protestant English & their brethren on the
Continent. In the nineteenth century there was a similar identification
between the English & the emerging Christian states of the Balkans; a long &
effective alliance between Britain & Yugoslavia, even though they were on
different sides of the fence in the so called 'Cold War'.

But this long tradition of friendship has been sundered by this Government.
The Nato war was dreadful of course but I was even more shocked to read this week in
The Daily Telegraph the news that the SAS had been training the KLA since
1998!

This is an amazing & disgusting revelation, the implications of which will take time to
digest."

Statement from Justice Yugoslavia:

UK SUPPORT FOR DISMEMBERMENT OF MACEDONIA - WHAT'S IN IT FOR US?

"As UK citizens we are concerned by UK support for a Greater Albania.

"We have written to UK Foreign Secretary Robin Cook stating it is evident that the KLA insurgency in Macedonian could not continue without EU-NATO backing, & also reminding him that the object of the NATO war against the FRY was to impose stability in the region both by getting rid of Milosevic & by expelling the Serbs from Kosovo.

"But the war in Macedonia indicates continuing instability, & now EU-NATO has successfully put pressure on the Macedonians to construct "a government of national unity" at a time when the KLA control militarily whole areas of Macedonia & comprise the civil administration of certain towns & villages.

"Clearly this NATO-EU demand, for Macedonia to construct a government of national unity, in order to seek "a political solution" was only an attempt by NATO to buy time for its KLA surrogates to consolidate their hold over Macedonian sovereign territory.

"The question is: what's in it for us?

"Why is UK committed to a Greater Albania?

"Why does the UK support & fund the activities of the so called International Crisis Group based in Brussels, (down the road from NATO headquarters), the KLA insurgency's think tank, its NATO liason centre in terms of arranging both logistical support & media propaganda?

"As was predictable the BBC has now gone into the areas controlled by the KLA to demonstrate how unreasonable the Macedonians are for having shelled villages under KLA control, when there are still civilians present in those villages.

"That they are being used as hostages doesn't feature in BBC reporting, but in any other context the BBC would no doubt be going on about human shields.

"Of course the Macedonians are only getting what they asked for.

They did what the US told them & voted for separation from the FRY.

They did what the US told them & provided bases for the Nato aggressive war
on the FRY.

They will now do what Nato tells them & concede to the dismemberment of
their own county.

NATO never intended to set Macedonia up as a viable entity in the first place: it was always only intended as an artefact, a staging post on the way to a more comprehensive political structure formalising NATO hegemony over The Balkans.

NATO has taken up the Albanian cause because Albanians are more pliant in terms of conceding & forwarding NATO strategic-economic goals."

In a letter to The Editor of The Observer  newspaper  online community human-ri ghts org. media chair William Spring attacks the  on going inexorable rise of a neo fascism in Britain. Comment: " The Justice Rafferty case, where she prevented issues of fact being put to a jury, with the effect that Police in UK now have a carte blanche to shoot dead unarmed civilians in the privacy of their own homes in the middle of the night, should be looked at in the context  of the Solana Plan, which was passed into EU law in August 2000, without publicity, or consultation or discussion by the EU Parliament , and which has set up the EU as a functioning security state.   "Now we are seeing Tony Blair's political police increasingly active.

"Unable and unwilling to detect real crime affecting UK citizens they are preoccupied with politically correct agendas, such as chasing old codgers for purchasing postal orders to send to David Copeland.   "If Labour wins this election, which it probably will do on account of the pro Blair media barrage, + the massive fraud it is practising in postal votes etc, (my son was given the vote here in Tottenham at 17, & I suppose this is fairly typical of electoral practises in Labour's rotten boroughs), human rights in UK will be reduced further,  & this is probably the last "free" election we will ever have in this country - not that it is free now in view of the draconian censorship which prevents the discussion of public concerns in a variety of areas.

Dear Sir,

The onward march of neo-fascism in Britain, as superintended by the courts/security services and New Labour seems inexorable.   Rejoicing in their newly authorised right to enter UK homes and slay anyone found sleeping there, the bloodied hands of the UK Police are now tackling really serious crime, and a £10,000 reward is on the head of a disgruntled old man caught on video going into a post office, whose crime apparently consists in sending a £2.00 postal order to the Brick Lane bomber David Copeland, and to VIPs a series of cartoons, described by the Police as offensive, ( although the one showed on television, whatever its content, which wasn't clear, to me at least evidenced a talent for drawing).

But men and women in public life should be robust enough not to want to have every item of their mail screened out for them every morning by agents of a malevolent nanny state .  Cranks are, or were, a feature of English life, and the receipt of hate mail a penalty for being in the public eye.   Of course hate mailers should be discouraged, but to waste the resources of the state and  air time of television companies in pursuing such seems a disproportionate response.

As for Copeland he seems to me just as much a political prisoner as any IRA bomber. His correspondence should not be interfered with. While the Police are thus occupied chasing postal order purchasers serious crime goes undetected. (I have just drawn up a Bill of Indictment against Birmingham lawyers who swindled thousands of pounds out of my family.  I've had to do this on my own,  the Police were too indolent to investigate.)   Isn't it about time the English liberals returned to their roots?  Can't people see what is happening?   Why was there no outrage expressed by your newspaper, and Charles Kennedy, and organisations like Amnesty over the Ashley slaying, or over the Stanley slaying, (both of which incidents portend the creation on the mainland of death squads,  effectively demolishing the much vaunted incorporation of the ECHR into English law.)   Surveillance techniques should not be used to undermine freedom of expression, and interference with the private mail of prisoners should be condemned.    Mr Copeland is paying the price for his criminal activities, but is entitled to receive a postal order while inside without that fact being publicised on national media.

Immediate Release:    A 55 year old former teacher William Spring who now lives in Tottenham is sending out door to door a pamphlet attacking New Labour as New Nazis & saying there is only one question worth asking in this election & that is do we want a war criminal to continue running this country?   He also criticises BBC election coverage for keeping foreign policy out of the discussion.   William Spring comments:   "I've been living in emergency housing as a single parent with 4 children since 1996. Although London is short of teachers, I can't work because I'd be worse off.   I can't afford to be worse off & it wd be irresponsible from the point of view of my children to get into that position, although I can't live on income support, & am gradually getting into debt. (New Labour has done nothing to assist those of us in "The Exclu").   I have written to Margaret Hodge MP, the Minister in charge of The New Deal, asking that instead of sending me irritating little notes, telling me to do some work, why doesn't she answer the mathematical question, fix the figures, so that work would be profitable for me?   She has not replied.   If I take a job & then lose it I am in a bad situation because, if I am forced back on to income support, I would then go back without the single parent allowance. (Also if the rent isn't paid I could  then be defined as intentionally homeless).   (The reason I don't have any money of my own @ the moment is because crooked lawyers, (with the help of The Law Society/The Lord Chancellor, + an array of crooked judges) have stolen our inheritance.   See my web site http://crookjudges.human-rights.org/ which gives the full story C4 couldn't tell).   I think it's crazy for me to be on income support, not to access my own money, & that if I try & access it I'm stopped by the Courts & clobbered for costs.  They steal our money and want us to pay them for the privilege! Although it does explain my dissatisfaction with EU politicians, French and English. It was the French refusal to treat my wife for breast cancer in their health service which made us homeless in the first place.   We in The Under Class are EU-NATO's targeted victims - like the Serbs!   Pasted underneath this e mail is the pamphlet we are giving out here in Tottenham & in Haringey constituencies.   Tottenham is one of Labour's rotten boroughs, where the dead get postal votes.   (My son was put on the electoral register by New Labour @ 16. Only when I objected was he taken off, but there must be many other proxy votes of this sort for New Labour here).   Lammie has no credibility. His concern is with Kentucky Fried Chicken, his mission ( in which he failed) was to stop the shop closing down in The High Road.   (But he doesn't represent me, in fact he won't! If you want to write to him you first have to get a solicitor to write to him for you! )   Lammie is an example of the sanctimonious arrogance of New Labour. He's a member of The General Synod of The Church of England.  I can't understand that. I think it's impossible to be a Christian & support New Labour. Lammie supports cloning.   Eugenics.  Another Nazi trick.   The pharmaceutical companies give massive donations to New Labour. It's no good Labour saying they are going to stop cloning, because they started it.   This pamphlet relates to Iraq, Kosovo, & Macedonia. There are large numbers of Orthodox in this constituency & they will not vote for Tony Blair.   We are giving out this leaflet door to door in pamphlet form. (This is only the text).   The pamphlet refers to my visit to Belgrade . I went to Belgrade a few weeks ago @ SPS expense & what I found out was really upsetting.   Of course Milosevic is a political prisoner, and also many of his supporters, (not that Amnesty would notice), + Mr Dragoljub Milanovic, former director of Yugoslavia state television, (incarcerated after the Djindic coup, accused of responsibility for the deaths of the  civilian employees at the RTS, while those who sent the missile are feted by NATO's satellite government.)   Other friends of Mr Milosevic have since killed by NATO-CIA death squads, the most recent tragic instance being the murder in her flat in Belgrade of a respected dentist Dr. Klara Mandic (57), a founder of the Serbian-Jewish Friendship Association, who lost her entire family to pro-Nazi thugs during World War II.    NATO is also trying to kill Milosevic by refusing him medical treatment   Robertson admitted on BBC radio the other day how NATO had killed Arkan. At least he's honest, but why do we let such repulsive war criminals remain in office?

THERE IS  ONLY ONE ISSUE IN THIS ELECTION  -  DO WE WANT AN UNREFORMED BOMBER, TERRORIST AND  WAR CRIMINAL AS PRIME MINISTER?

If you want that vote for Blair.    It is Blair who maintains ruinous economic sanctions on Iraq , so hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children have died, because of the lack of food & medicine.   It is Blair who continues virtually very night with totally useless RAF bombing raids on Iraq.   It was Blair too who, without declaration of war,  in March 1999,  sent the RAF to bomb Belgrade in company with The Luftwaffe, (who had already bombed it twice before.)   It was Blair who set up The Yugoslavs & presented them at Rambouillet, France terms which he knew in advance they could not accept, which terms included the immediate occupation of the whole of Yugoslavia by NATO troops.    It was Blair,  who, in cahoots with CIA operative William Walker sent to Kosovo to head up the Organisation for Co-operation & Security in Europe (OSCE), organised the so called Racack Massacre, an exercise to  create massive serbophobia.   But why is it that all this hasn't come out? Why do you have to read it in this little pamphlet which I'm sending round door to door in Tottenham (& which I would like you to copy & pass on to friends?)   Answer: because the media in UK don't tell the truth. They can't tell the truth. They daren't tell the truth.   This is particularly so at the Blair Broadcasting Corporation, one television station he won't bomb. When did the BBC last  refer to foreign policy in its coverage of this election? "Didn't you know, it's all about tax ?"   But why should foreign policy be taboo?   It is because MPs are fools  that we are stuck in a Balkans quagmire, a quasi colonial occupation of Kosovo,  with Tony's amiable drug running throat cutting KLA friends for company.    But we can't afford to have psychopathological lunatics like Blair running our rogue state any longer.   Comment from a Tottenham resident:" a few weeks ago I was in Belgrade. I'm not a Serb & had never been to Belgrade before. If you go to Belgrade you do a tour of war crimes sites, including the RTS building, Serbian State Television. NATO leaders launched a missile against that building killing everyone inside.   It was at 2 am in the morning. There were 2 empty wings to the building but NATO didn't target those,  only the wing which had people working in it. Why? According to Blair it was  because it "broadcast propaganda". Propaganda is any  point of view Blair doesn't agree with.   But the real reason for the bombing was to stop western television companies transmitting from Belgrade.

When the Provos bombed in Ulster they usually gave a warning!   Not so with terrorist Blair!  

NEW LABOUR  = NEW NAZIS   "Next to the RTS building is a small Russian Orthodox church. The priest went to the church after the bombing to find bits of flesh, severed limbs, blood & bone smeared all over it from the force of the explosion. For this and other atrocities NATO leaders should be indicted for war crimes!     After the bombing campaign NATO troops entered Kosovo.   British troops stood by while thousands of Serbs were killed, expelled or abducted, and a hundred churches were damaged or destroyed  in professional mining operations,  some of medieval origin containing priceless frescos.     This was the inglorious outcome of the NATO war. Britain's complicity in genocide. The Kosovo Serbs have lived there since the 6th century AD. If they were moths or butterflies the World Wild Life Fund would make a fuss!   Now NATO's surrogates are starting on  Macedonia.

William Spring has written to The Director of Amnesty International, criticising AI for its neglect of human rights abuses in the UK, or by the UK, & says AI functions in effect as the ideological arm of the British foreign office, by indicting the human rights records only of targeted states provides justification for humanitarian war.

He has also written to the May Day protesters, saying their protest gets ten out of ten for enthusiasm, & nine out of ten for prudence, seven out of ten for effect, but only five out of ten for clarity of objectives

He says none of the targets chosen by the May Day protesters remotely worried the UK power elite, & that the elections called yesterday "are probably the last free elections we will ever have in Britain. Indeed it is questionable whether they are free now."

William Spring comments:

"my letter to the May Day protesters is attached . But my main concern is with AI.

" I wrote to AI for three reasons; - one, because I accuse HMG of torturing me, or allowing its officials to do this - two, because of the situation in Yugoslavia, & Zimbabwe - & three, because of my past associations with AI.

A few years ago those of us living & working in Police states looked to AI for human rights protection world wide.

Now I'm not sure the organisation is effective. It is certainly not held in the same esteem as it used to be, & I think I know why.

Contacting AI about my own situation came about because of the 341.

On my way to my torture chamber in The Strand, the 341 bus (which I catch here in Tottenham) goes past the AI office which has a magnificent banner draped over the whole building, "Stop Torture". Consequently I thought AI might be interested in my tale. Not a bit of it, the reason is I put to AI what is to them is a novel idea.

I suggested that
(a) that UK judges are officials of the British Government
(b) that UK judges are human, not divine

(c) that UK judges can make oppressive & unreasonable orders, & that in the absence of any right of appeal & with legal aid withdrawn, their orders sometimes can & do constitute torture, & thus infringe section 134 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.

I gave AI details of my case.

A costs order has been made against me, after a single judge prevented me from suing a Birmingham firm of solicitors for fraud, who have walked off with our entire estate -

John Gay, (1685 - 1732) "The Beggar's Opera" wrote: 'A fox may steal your hens, sir.../ If lawyer's hand is fee'd, sir / He steals your whole estate'...That is precisely what has happened to us.

I pointed out to AI (& to the Attorney General), that because of
(i) an inherent inequality of parties, owing to the withdraw of legal aid, (abolished by New Labour), &
(ii) the absence of a right to appeal a decision of a High Court judge, ( such right also having been abolished by New Labour),
(iii) the absence of any lay element in the judiciary in the civil division
(iv) the fact that no judge is actually forced to make any particular costs order, but that a costs order is discretionary, & in my case
(v) the said torturer/judge had already denied me a remedy against fraud, & further

(vi) had refused to stand down from hearing the case, notwithstanding that the late Lord Braine of Wheatley had already complained to the Lord Chancellor on my behalf about this particular judges earlier rulings in the case, (which were detrimental to my interests, & ended up with my life being threatened by one of Saddam Hussein's scuds), +

(vii) the implacable antagonism of HM judiciary to litigants in person, who they regard merely as objects of mirth -

the result is that as family man, as a widower on income support,as litigant in person, (not through my own choice, but because of these cuts in legal aid), I am in effect discriminated against as a member of a national minority, contrary to the Strasbourg Convention,

& STUFFED.

When I issued my writ there was an appeal system in place, but in the course of my writs progression the appeal element disappeared.

In issuing the writ I had the presumption that my allegation would be heard before a jury.

In fact this was blocked, but for using The Court Service I am charged. I have had no satisfaction, just aggravation.

As for the Law Society, having already let their members taken all the proceeds of our family home in England, & having defended these crooked lawyers to the last ditch, (while at no time addressing the gravamen of my charge), they now propose to take from us anything which is left.

This is the reality behind Tony Blair's claim that he looks after low income families.

Income support given, (but only after a fight), but no access to our own money, a license given for lawyers to walk off with it, no legal aid,

a complete inequality of parties perpetuated, judges effectively godfathers in a criminal conspiracy, no independent judiciary, only an entrenched vested interest , the judiciary administrative officers, apparatchiks of capitalism & the state.

This is the reality of justice in Britain today as observed by a consumer of legal services.

AI has refused to discuss my allegations.

What has struck me is how different it would have been had I been coming from Chile, or Iraq, or Afghanistan - but not Zimbabwe!

Those of us concerned with human rights in Zimbabwe, at the very beginning of Robert Mugabe's reign of terror, that is circa 1982, sent voluminous documents to London detailing human rights violations, deaths, detentions, etc. Most of the data sent to AI at that time can be found in my book The Long Fields: Zimbabwe Since Independence (Marshall-Pickering, now Harper Collins, 1986, ISBN 0-7208 -0634- 8). Nothing was done. I accuse AI of responsibility for the deaths & torture of thousands of people in Zimbabwe since Independence because of AI's refusal to look at the evidence we provided them then. Why did this colossal cover up go on for so long?

To return to my point, if my complaints had originated from anywhere else other than England (excluding Zimbabwe) perhaps they would have received a ready reception, but England is different, England is democratic, by definition torture must take place some place else.

I want to test this. I have asked The Attorney General Lord Williams of Mostyn QC for leave to bring a prosecution under section 134 of The Criminal Justice Act.

(Permission has not yet been granted. But a very helpful intervention from Austin Mitchell MP has elicited a response from the A-G's office, who say I have not yet provided "sufficient evidence in admissible form" to afford a realistic prospect of conviction.

Hence the task given to me now is to collect that evidence, & in collating such data I will be looking for input from legal philosophers & researchers evaluating the efficacy of the UK legal system as an agent of natural justice. Anyone who can help in this project please do so.)

A second reason for scepticism re AI credentials as a genuine NGO with a human rights commitment relates to its record on Yugoslavia.

Has AI declared Mr Milosevic, (or any of his supporters now languishing in gaols in the FRY after arbitrary arrest), a political prisoner?

What about the case of Mr Dragoljub Milanovic, former director of Yugoslavia state television, incarcerated after the Djindic coup & accused of responsibility for the deaths of the civilian employees at the RTS, while those who sent the missile which actually killed them, are feted by the FRY's collaborationist NATO satellite government.

As far as I know AI has never said anything about the defects in the modus operandi & structure of the George Soros illegally funded globalist Court in The Hague, otherwise known as the International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia, (ICTFY). As a Tribunal its proceedings violate the terms of The Strasbourg Convention, specifically Article Six.

It is not an independent forum, it does not have a presumption of innocence, it uses sealed indictments, it does not allow for proper legal representation of the accused, etc. Many other criticism can be & have been adduced.

It is the Spanish Inquisition all over again. It agenda is to destroy & to demoralise & to demonise "The Serbs".

Like AI, the ICTFY, is simply a western artefact to parallel in ideological terms the military aggression which western countries indulge in on the ground.

Organisations like AI & the ICTFY resemble Victorians missionaries: they bring the Bible, the (neo)colonialists take the land.

They, with their leading philanthropists, their Livingstones & their Mary Slessors, their Kaldors & Ignatieffs etc, they are the moral exemplars of life under the new world order.

They are the apologists of, & point the way to, & formulate the contorted canons of moral-speak.

But for globalism's many victims, their lives, (in Africa, eastern Europe, the former soviet union, south & central America, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Turkey, Korea, & many other areas of US-EU-NATO solicitude, + in the Exclu, the Under Class here, ) life may be, & already is, nasty, brutish & short.

To my May Day Comrades: May 9th

greetings young people & friends from one William Spring!

I got on the May Day Monopoly list but I don't think I could have been pressing the right buttons, such as "Send to all", so most of you probably didn't receive anything from me, although I did send a lot of stuff out.

However, this is my end of term report on The May Day Monopoly Protest, from someone who wasn't there. I was being garrotted by the forces of reaction @ the time.

First ten out of ten for enthusiasm

Nine out of ten for prudence.

I'm glad you avoided Sir Winston & did not repeat gratuitous offence of last year @ The Cenotaph, which also served to alienate right wingers, many of whom are in your support, but actually want to go further than you.

Effect: seven out of ten. You obtained massive media publicity out of all proportion to your numbers. Most of London that day seemed full of disconsolate news crews dragging their equipment round in the vain hope of a riot.

But this is the thing that actually disturbs me. Most of the protests I have been on & pressure groups I associate with have been & are totally ignored by the media -

(a) because we've been peaceful - a big mistake that

(b) because we attack the system.

The reason you got such good media coverage is you are essentially in the system: howbeit only disagreeing on particulars.

Which brings me to

Five out of ten for clarity of objectives.

As I've said I think you are essentially in the system. Although there were a few anarchists, socialists/ communists etc were conspicuously absent @ least from my e mails.

Your main constituency in fact seems to be middle class England, & your nice boys have nice names, like Toby.

Well Toby & co, I think you did very well, but yr lack of clarity in objectives is disturbing a little. I think actually Tony Blair was not too put out by protesters staging Oxford St as their main focus. Broken shop windows suit him very well & don't bring down the capitalist system. Even The Times enjoyed you being there. We need people like you it said.

And your targets, corporations & big business etc, again suits Tony exactly.

It gets the heat off him. But business operates within the context set by politicians, even if big business dominates the decisions of such politicians.

I am saying you shd target the politicians. target the centres of the NATO-EU-US power elite: of course institutions like the IMF, but also EU offices, Millbank, The Hague Tribunal, & AI, & Mary Kaldor's office @ the LSE, & MOD facilities. But primarily the Media. CNN, The Murdoch Empire, the BBC & Ann Sloman, the woman who censors all BBC output & of course I personally wd like you to target the judges & govt quangoes

As I have said in earlier stuff I sent to the list ( which I don't think you got) these are really serious issues . Proto fascism is in power in Europe. I believe there is a need for a popular front of greens /reds & dare I say it, yes, blues, light & dark, to agreed on a common platform, which wd include the retention of the nation state, & protectionism, so weak economies cannot be invaded & pillaged by the strong.

Indeed I make a suggestion - that we have a meeting sometime to discuss such a Popular Front. Because however bad things are now, without action they will only get worse.
